SynXis Voice Agent, a best-in-class hospitality-specific call center tool that guides agents through the conversational flow of making a reservation, delivering a great guest experience in multiple languages, and leading to high conversion. Channel Connect streamlines Habitas’ distribution of rates and inventory to hundreds of online travel agencies (OTAs) and tour operators around the world, allowing them to reach new guests while ensuring parity across channels.
