Travelocity and Hilton Hotels Corporation Ink Net Rate Agreement; Hilton Hotels Corporation Selects Travelocity as an Online Distribution Channel

SOUTHLAKE, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Feb. 6, 2006–Hilton Hotels Corporation is Travelocity’s newest supplier of net rate hotel content. Travelocity’s hotel, TotalTrip(SM) and Last Minute Packages shopping engines will soon feature participating Hilton Family hotels including Hilton(R), Conrad(R), Doubletree(R), Embassy Suites Hotels(R), Hampton Inn(R), Hampton Inn & Suites(R), Hilton Garden Inn(R), Homewood Suites by Hilton(R) and The Waldorf=Astoria Collection(TM).

This also allows consumers booking Hilton Family properties on Travelocity to view current rates and availability for participating properties and for those properties to receive immediate delivery of reservations directly into their property management system.
