SynXis Partners With Disneyland; Disneyland Resort will use the RedX(TM) Distribution Management System for GDS and IDS Connectivity

SOUTHLAKE, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Oct. 24, 2005–SynXis announced
today that they have been chosen by Disneyland Resort Hotels(R) as its
new distribution partner for the three resort hotels in Anaheim,
Calif. They will begin using SynXis at the end of 2005.

The Control Center (a feature of the SynXis RedX Distribution
Management System) gives Disneyland Resort powerful distribution
controls it needs to effectively manage sales of their product through
multiple distribution channels and quickly react to changes in market
demand. SynXis is constructing a new interface between RedX and
Disneyland Resort’s property management system which will give the
resort improved efficiencies so it can continue to concentrate on its
core business of providing a unique experience to their guests.
