Sabre’s Technology & Marketing University Helps Agencies Succeed with Educational Seminars, Nationally-Acclaimed Speakers and Networking

Leading Experts Provide Tips and Recommendations on Leveraging Social Media Tools; Early Bird Registration Closes March 15

SOUTHLAKE, Texas – March 7, 2011 – Sabre Travel Network will hold its 16th annual Technology & Marketing University (TMU) from May 17-19 at the MGM Grand Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Open to all travel agencies regardless of which GDS, CRM or back office system they use, TMU is a unique event that brings owners, executives, front line agents and back office specialists together for three days of education, intense training and networking.

This year, Sabre is expanding the scope of TMU to include industry-leading and nationally-known speakers who will give attendees unique insight into how to leverage social media tools to grow their business and provide better customer service.

Nationally recognized social media expert, business consultant and author of The Thank You Economy, Gary Vaynerchuk is the keynote speaker for TMU. Other speakers include:

  • Trisha Miller, editor-in-chief for Travel Writers Exchange, offers insight into how to leverage the online community of travel writers, bloggers and journalists

TMU will also offer think tanks where attendees can come together to share best practices on a variety of topics. In addition to extensive Study Hall hours for one-on-one learning with Sabre experts, attendees will enjoy more networking opportunities with fellow travel professionals.
