Sabre Travel Network Celebrates Third Year with Agresso; Relationship Launched Sabre Central Command, the Industry-First Business Information System That Reconciles Travel and Financial Information, Reduces Cost Per Transaction

SOUTHLAKE, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Aug. 8, 2005–Sabre Travel
Network, a Sabre Holdings (NYSE:TSG) company, is celebrating the third
anniversary of its relationship with Agresso, an international
developer and distributor of secure e-business solutions. Together
Sabre and Agresso developed Sabre Central Command, the travel
industry’s first fully integrated end-to-end business information
system for travel agencies. Sabre Central Command helps agencies of
all types, including consolidators, general agents and corporate
travel agencies, reconcile travel financial information, reduce cost
per transaction and improve business performance.

Sabre Central Command provides financial applications that give
travel management companies unparalleled capabilities to measure,
understand, monitor and manage their business. Available on-site or as
an application service provider (ASP) solution, Sabre Central Command
is adaptable to a variety of applications, from small to large
implementations. Sabre Central Command is easily scalable and grows
with its environment.

Picasso Travel began using Sabre Central Command as an ASP
solution over a year ago, but quickly grew large enough to warrant an
on-site installation to take advantage of further integrated reporting
and local data management. “Growth is a good thing, but as we grow, so
does our need for efficient back-office support,” said Eren Aksoy,
vice president, Picasso Travel. “We found that Sabre Central Command
provides the scalability and flexibility to meet our changing business
needs.”

Built on input from the end users, Sabre Central Command provides
additional cost savings and improved productivity through streamlined
back-office procedures and automated reporting. Moreover, by
automating back-office functions, agents are available to spend more
time with customers.

“Sabre Central Command continues to receive high marks from our
agency customers,” said Chris Kroeger, senior vice president, Sabre
Travel Network, North America. “We’re finding over and over again that
agencies appreciate a seamless back-office solution that helps their
businesses run smoothly while they attend to the needs of their
customers. As we have done so successfully over the last three years,
we will continue to partner with Agresso in providing business
solutions that help agencies operate more efficiently and
effortlessly.”

The system has proven results, including an installation with
Adelman Travel Group, ranked among the top 30 U.S. travel management
companies. Currently serving a broad range of customers from corporate
travel and meetings to leisure travel, Adelman processed more than
350,000 air transactions in 2004.

“Dealing primarily with corporate customers, we want to focus on
our relationships, not our back-office processes,” said Amy Skaar,
controller, Adelman Travel Group. “By adopting Sabre Central Command
to manage our business information, Adelman Travel realized
considerable savings over our old back office system, as well as
increased productivity, in our first year using the application.”

Skaar continued, “I am very satisfied with the efficiencies Sabre
Central Command has been able to provide to Adelman Travel. As a
growth-oriented organization, the ability to make timely decisions is
paramount to success. We are constantly developing new parameters for
measuring the success of our operations, and Sabre Central Command has
been able to easily adapt to those changes. We are light years ahead
of where we were before, and I envision this experience continuing.”

Agresso Chief Operating Officer Ab van Marion, said, “It has been
a busy three years since we first partnered with Sabre Travel Network
to create a state-of-the-art back-office solution for travel agencies.
Thanks in large part to the industry insight of our partner, we’ve
been able to achieve rapid adoption for both on-site and hosted
solutions. We are proud of our relationship with Sabre, and look
forward to many more years of leading innovation in business solutions
for the travel industry.”

Agresso develops and distributes highly flexible, integrated
business information and management systems worldwide, offering a
complete solution for finance, project accounting, purchasing, human
resources and payroll, plus web, e-commerce and mobile capabilities.
The solutions provide people-centric organizations with easy access to
all the critical information they need to analyze, manage and plan
their resources.
