Sabre Holdings to Participate at Upcoming Financial Conferences

SOUTHLAKE, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–June 1, 2005–Sabre Holdings (NYSE:TSG) announced that it will be participating at the Goldman Sachs Lodging, Gaming and Leisure Conference on June 7, and the Bear Stearns 16th Annual Technology Conference on June 8, both in New York.

On June 7, from noon to 1:30 p.m., EDT, Sam Gilliland, Chairman and CEO of Sabre Holdings and Michelle Peluso, president and CEO of Travelocity, will participate in a Q&A session during the Goldman Sachs conference. On June 8, from 11:00 a.m. to noon, EDT, Gilliland will provide an update on the company’s current business initiatives during the Bear Stearns conference.
