publicly traded company on Oct. 11, by ringing The Closing Bell(sm) at
the New York Stock Exchange.
In conjunction with the ceremony, the next morning, company
executives will host a Web cast over the Internet to reflect on
historical progress and to discuss the company’s future direction and
other topics.

a.m. to 10:00 a.m., EDT, on Oct. 12, the public can register at
