Sabre Holdings employees in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex will
turn off their computers, roll up their sleeves and dedicate an
estimated 1,200 hours to help improve local communities during the
company’s first Global Volunteer Week, Sept. 22 – 30, 2006.
The following is a list of events for the DFW Metroplex:
— Monday – American Red Cross, Dallas, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
— Tuesday – Grapevine Relief And Community Exchange (GRACE), 9
a.m. – 4 p.m.
— Wednesday – Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc., 8:30 a.m. – 1
p.m.
— Thursday – KERA, Dallas, 12:30 – 4:30 p.m.
— Friday – Community Storehouse, Keller, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
— Saturday – National Public Lands Day at White Rock Lake, 9
a.m. – 12 p.m.
In addition to employees in the DFW Metroplex, an additional 200
Sabre employees worldwide are volunteering in their local communities
across the globe.
Sabre’s Global Volunteer Week is a part of the company’s annual
Give Together employee charitable giving campaign. Since 2000, the
campaign has raised $7 million for nonprofit organizations in North
