Sabre and TAME renew technology agreement

Ecuadorian carrier’s full inventory, public fares and schedule are available for agencies and corporations that book and shop the airline in the Sabre travel marketplace

 BOGOTÁ, Colombia, Dec. 3 2013 – Sabre (www.sabre.com), a global technology company, has signed a new, long-term agreement with TAME, the national carrier of Ecuador, to market its full content and enable the airline to efficiently merchandise the full complement of their services through the agency channel worldwide. The extended agreement means that more than 370,000 travel agents and hundreds of corporations connected to the Sabre travel marketplace in more than 130 countries, will continue to benefit from real-time access to all of TAME’s seats and fare classes. TAME Líneas Aéreas del Ecuador currently operates 15 domestic routes and nine international destinations in the Americas, including São Paulo, Bogota, Buenos Aires, Cali, Caracas, La Habana, Lima, Panama and most recently New York. Around 6,000 passengers travel daily on its aircraft.
