The partners’ existing products — Sabre(R) CargoMax(TM) Revenue and Pricing Suite, and Softair’s Cargospot suite of reservations and operations solutions — will serve as the core of the end-to-end offering. As part of the cooperation, Sabre Airline Solutions and Softair have agreed to collaborate to perform all necessary integration. In addition, the partners have agreed to market each other’s products. Finally, the partners have agreed to offer hosting services for Cargospot via Sabre(R) eMergo(R) Web access, an application service provider (ASP) platform.
