Penauille Servisair Signs Agreement with Sabre Airline Solutions for Resource Management Solution; Sabre Streamline Resource Management Suite to enable global management of staff for enhanced customer service

SOUTHLAKE, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–May 16, 2006–Sabre Airline
Solutions, the global leader of software and services for the airline
industry from planning to execution, today announced the signing of an
enterprise agreement with Penauille Servisair, one of the world’s
leading ground handling agents.

Through this agreement, Penauille Servisair will implement the
Sabre Streamline Resource Management Suite, providing world-class
management of staff resources across its global station network for
the benefit of its airline customers worldwide.

With over 21,000 employees, Penauille Servisair has immense scale
and diversity in operations. Implementation of the Streamline suite
will enable the company to consistently plan, roster, administer and
manage its global workforce. Through consistency of execution and
incorporation of best practices, the product suite will enable
Penauille Servisair to operate with stronger cost controls and higher
profits while offering its customers world-class ground handling

    The Streamline suite will enable Penauille Servisair to:

    --  Significantly reduce the manual process of resource
        forecasting and task planning and build centers of excellence
        for consistency and efficiency across airport stations

    --  Build staff rosters with consideration given to various
        patterns, preferences and work rules according to local
        standards and regulations;

    --  Provide tailored ground handling services with better control
        and more predictable, managed costs; and

    --  Manage increases in business volume while minimizing
        additional allocation of resources.

Along with implementation and maintenance services, Sabre Airline
Solutions will provide the Sabre Streamline StaffPlan resource
forecasting and planning system, the Sabre Streamline RosterMaker
roster generation system, the Sabre Streamline StaffAdmin employee
tracking and roster administration system and the Sabre Streamline
StaffManager automated resource allocation system. Implementation of
the Streamline suite will initially cover passenger and ramp handling
services. Penauille Servisair provides ground handling services at
more than 140 airports across 28 countries on four continents for 700
customers who serve over 102 million passengers a year.

deployed via the Sabre eMergo Web access platform, which will allow
Penauille Servisair to access the Streamline systems via a secure
Internet connection. The Streamline suite leverages Microsoft’s
BizTalk Server 2006 for integration with existing third-party systems,
such as enterprise resource planning, human resources and payroll
systems, in use at Penauille Servisair. It uses the latest
technologies and industry standards for automating and managing
cross-system business processes, reducing project timelines and risk.
The eMergo solution will provide a cost-effective solution and
uninterrupted system access 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365
days a year.
