New Suite of Vacation Packaging Tools Allows Agents to Meet Customer Needs and Earn Additional Commissions
Jurni Network, the unique travel agency consortium developed by
Sabre Travel Network, today announced the introduction of new tools
and features to Jurni InternetView that will enable member agencies to
provide unmatched travel vacation offers to their customers and earn
additional commissions. InternetView, the GDS independent integrated
desktop application for Jurni member agents, now includes a suite of
tools that provide a full array of travel package choices that offer
agency customers significant savings over individual component
pricing.
Jurni agents also gain enhanced ease and efficiency because these
tools are available from within Jurni InternetView with a single
click, thereby eliminating the need for multiple passwords. In
addition, members can easily improve their customer marketing efforts
because they now have the capability to integrate the TRAMS ClientBase
Plus profiles into their Jurni InternetView customer profiles.
The travel package tool suite includes:
- Sabre Vacations is available now within Jurni InternetView to
shop and book packages from 13 of Jurni’s preferred suppliers.
Sabre Vacations utilizes VAX VacationAccess®, a leading
Web-based booking and reservation management tool from Trisept
Solutions. The tour operators featured service major leisure
destinations in the U.S., Central America, Mexico, the
Caribbean, Canada and Europe. Air and hotel, land only (hotel
or hotel and car), and/or traditional tour option packages can
be selected. Agents receive up to 15% commission. - Jurni CustomTrip is a new dynamic packaging tool available
exclusively to Jurni members that utilizes the same technology
as the Travelocity TotalTrip feature but is customized for the
needs of Jurni members. It provides agents the ability to book
a combined air and hotel package for their customers to a
comprehensive selection of U.S. cities and major international
destinations. They can also book travel insurance for their
travelers during the booking process. Jurni CustomTrip is
particularly helpful for agents working with customers who are
traveling to non-traditional leisure destinations and gives
agents access to the same content available to online
agencies. Agents receive a 7% commission. - Agent59 offers unbeatable last-minute travel packages
featuring a choice of flights, hotels and rental cars at
negotiated rates reduced up to 60%. Packages can be booked
from 14 days to three hours prior to departure from 76 North
American cities. Agents receive a 5% commission.
Jurni Network has also partnered with TRAMS ClientBase Plus, a
leader in agency information management, to enable Jurni agents to use
their ClientBase Plus database to upload customer names and addresses
into the Jurni InternetView tool profile system to enhance their
customer marketing and relationship efforts. Using this capability,
agents can directly upload names, addresses and email addresses from
ClientBase Plus profiles into the direct marketing system to
participate in Jurni Network’s free direct marketing campaigns
designed to help member agents create buyers from their existing
customer base and develop new customers.
