AeroMexico selects SabreSonic CSS reservations system to help improve customer service, generate new revenue streams

Carrier also selects revenue management solutions from Sabre Airline Solutions’ AirVision suite

 

SOUTHLAKE, Texas, April 20, 2010 – AeroMexico, the global airline of Latin America, has selected SabreSonic Customer Sales and Service (CSS) solution, the industry’s most powerful revenue-generating and customer-focused reservations system, to help the airline with its growth plans, including its activities within the Sky Team alliance.

Officials from Sabre Airline Solutions and AeroMexico made the announcement today during a press conference.

 

AeroMexico has also selected several of Sabre’s revenue management and accounting solutions from the Sabre AirVision Marketing and Planning suite.  Among the revenue management solutions the carrier will be using are the Sabre AirVision Competitive Revenue Management Service, Group Management and Revenue Manager operating in the origin and destination mode. The airline will also cater to the unique travel shopping needs of large groups through Sabre’s Group e-Commerce portal.

 

AeroMexico already uses SabreSonic Web to power its Web site to provide its customers with the best travel shopping experience.
