Sabre is an organization that takes pride in living its values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Business Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics in all interactions, both internally and externally.
Sabre is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards may have occurred.
Conducting business ethically matters at Sabre. If you have an ethical dilemma or need guidance on a potential concern that you have in working with Sabre in any capacity, please let us know. If you are ever unsure about coming forward, please know that even though it may seem easier to be quiet or avoid an issue, keeping quiet about a known or suspected issue may have serious consequences. Because we are a company of responsibility and integrity, we all have a duty to speak up if we see something that we do not think is right. If you don’t speak up, nothing will happen.
You can report your concerns or instances of non-compliance to Sabre management or by accessing the Sabre Hotline, hosted by NAVEX EthicsPoint, a third-party vendor. Anonymous reports are allowed but we encourage you to provide your contact details if you are willing to do so in an effort to investigate the matter more efficiently. We will process your personal data in accordance with Sabre’s Privacy Notices. Your report will be treated confidentially in accordance with Sabre’s policies.
Additionally, you can always email the Sabre Legal Department or the Sabre Compliance Office.
