Covid-19 has impacted our society, economy and workplaces in ways that nobody ever imagined. Control measures such as lockdowns and physical distancing have not only impacted our day-to-day lives but also impacted the travel industry heavily. However, as an organisation, we have taken steps to be direct and transparent about the situation and reassure employees of our actions to navigate these difficult times.
