1. In your journey with Sabre for over 15 years you have changed business units and roles, which is very inspiring. Tell us how was the experience?
Each time it was a challenge in terms of domain, responsibility, and role change. What I find interesting is, how different the same role can be, depending on the team you work with and its expectations towards your role.
2. What motivates you to look at different roles as you progressed in your career?
Personal development and urge for exploration of both, business domain and technology.
3. How would you advice people who want to consider internal moves like you have done?
Don’t be afraid to grow. Capture the opportunities ahead.
4. What has been your biggest learning as you worked through different business teams?
Even if we all work within the same framework, teams and their interpretation of the framework can be so much different.
5. What’s the best part of Sabre that you like?
Opportunities, transparency, flexibility.
