Opportunities in travel through personalisation

Fifty percent of German travelers state that they would be more likely to be loyal to a travel company if they were to receive personalized offers and services. This is a key finding from a survey among 1,000 German consumers conducted in August 2016 by renowned market research institute Dr Grieger & Cie. on behalf of Sabre.

Travelers increasingly demand services that are tailored to their very specific needs and delivering a bespoke customized experiences presents a significant opportunity for airlines, hotels and travel agencies. Through effective personalisation travel businesses may be able to increase revenue and increase traveler satisfaction, ensuring customer loyalty and long-term competitiveness.
