In the fifth episode of Soaring with Sabre, we chat with Bogumila Kubic. She talks about her experience and development during 8 years of journey in our company. Bogumila also has some advice for team members. 1. In your journey with Sabre for over 8 years you have changed business units and roles, which is very inspiring. Tell us how was the experience?  I’ve changed teams multiple times during those 8 years (Travel Bank QA Senior, SSW Senior QA Software, Crew Manager QA Senior, SOE QA Senior/Team Lead). Working in all teams was inspiring. I love good cooperation in a technology group and teamwork. I really appreciate the possibility of continuous learning and constant development of skills. All those projects were very exciting and complex. 2. What motivates you to look at different roles as you progressed in your career?  I am most motivated by the people I work with, interesting projects and quality challenges. 3. How would you advice people who want to consider internal moves like you have done?  Talk to the people who are working on the new project. Talk to the HR team and the new team (new manager). Don’t be afraid to make changes. 4. What has been your biggest learning as you worked through different business teams? Invest in relationships, learn to improve, focus your efforts on what you want to achieve. Relationships are the core of the work. 5. What’s the best part of Sabre that you like? Experience, colleagues, company culture and working conditions are the best parts of Sabre.
