Our experts shared experiences and knowledge with students, with an emphasis on quality assurance engineering and roles.

Sharing knowledge with students is valuable to Sabre Poland’s DNA. On Monday, March 23, 2022) team members took time to speak with students about the role of a quality assurance engineer, one of the key work profiles at Sabre Poland.

While our team members will start sharing their expert knowledge during regular lectures at AGH University of Science and Technology from the next semester, the first session organized by the scientific club of AGH helped to introduce students to what they can expect later.

Joanna Polek, Justyna Stys and Pawel Charkowski spoke on the role of the quality assurance engineer, and the necessary skills and shared some advice for those interested in pursuing such a career path.

Pawel and Joanna addressed students for the first time and enjoyed the experience. “My impressions are positive. The students were very interested to listen and learn and we got some interesting questions from the audience. Later we had a chance for some informal conversations with the students and that was also a valuable part of the meeting”, said Joanna Polek, Team Lead QA Engineer at Sabre Poland.

Sabre Poland is committed to helping the student and academic community to become stronger in technology and contribute to the industry even more. Last year we were a partner for the MBA IT studies at the University of Economics in Krakow and also started a long-term cooperation with the Pedagogical University of Krakow.

We are currently recruiting for the Sabre Summer Internship and we offer seven different profiles: Java, QA, C++, TPM, Front-end, UX/UI and C#. Students can apply by April 10. More details here. OLDER
