AirJapan、 2023年度の新ブランド運航開始に向け、 セーバー社提供のRadixxを採用 ~セーバーは新たなビジネスモデルを支援してまいります~

2023年度下期の中距離国際線就航を計画しているANAグループの新ブランド、AirJapanが、基幹システムとして、Radixx Res 旅客サービスシステム(PSS)を含めたRadixx製品群を採用。

シンガポールおよび成田 –  2022年7月20日 – 世界の旅行業界を推進するソフトウェアと技術を提供する大手企業のSabre Corporation(NASDAQ: SABR) は本日、Sabre傘下のRadixxとANAグループの新しいブランドであるAirJapanとの間で、新たな契約を締結したことを発表しました。AirJapanは、Radixx Res 旅客サービスシステム(PSS)とモバイルチェックイン機能を含めたRadixx製品群を使用し、今後の中距離国際線事業領域における渡航ニーズの拡大に対応するために、優れたサービスを競争力のある価格で提供することが可能となります。

現在、株式会社エアージャパンはANAグループの中核であるANAブランドの運航の一部を担っていますが、中距離国際線における価値あるサービスに特化した全く新しいブランドとしてAirJapanを立ち上げ、2023年度下期の運航開始を予定しています。ブランド・コンセプトである「Fly Thoughtful」のとおり、日本らしい「発想」と「品質」で新しい空の旅を創り出し、思いやりのある体験を提供することを目指しており、ANA グループのフルサービスブランド「ANA」とローコストブランド「Peach Aviation」の中間に位置づけられるようになります。

Radixx Go and Radixx Go Touch エアージャパンの空港でのチェックイン業務を進化させ、高需要期にも容易に業務拡大を実現できるソリューションです。Radixx Go Touchは、航空会社の従業員がモバイルデバイスから完全な出国管理機能を実行できるようにし、空港の物理的なデスクとカウンターの制約から解放され、乗客のチェックインを自由に行えるようにするものです。モバイルエージェントは、ホテルのロビーから航空会社のラウンジ、搭乗口まで、旅程中の最後まで複数のタッチポイントで旅客の売上を完全に処理することができます。

Radixx ezyCommerce  eコマースとモバイルの統合化ソリューションにより、エアージャパンは、パーソナライズされたオファーでブランドを差別化し、アンシラリーオファーとモバイルチェックイン機能を容易に追加することが可能になります。
