Sandeep is the Global Engineering Leader for ROI (Revenue Optimization and Inventory) suite and RI (Retail Intelligence) suite of Products. ROI products enable airlines to optimally price their offers, maximize their revenue, manage corporate travel offers and contracts and provide a world-class airline inventory management system. Retail Intelligence suite of products is built on top of Sabre Travel AI: An AI driven technology platform developed in collaboration with Google that enables airlines to deliver dynamic and personalized offers across all their retail channels
Prior to joining Sabre in 2019, Sandeep was Senior Director, Software Engineering at Dell EMC for close to 10 years. During this time, Sandeep provided engineering leadership for multiple products in the converged and hyper-converged space and manageability products for data centers. He helped deliver 1.0 products such as Storage resource manager and Cloud management offerings for CI/HCI to the market. He also played a key role in evolving and driving the technical career ladder framework within Dell EMC.
In his previous experience at Wipro Technologies for eight years in India, Sandeep was instrumental in setting up the offshore development center for Brocade Communications. Additionally, he worked for seven years in the United States with IBM and Citicorp in the enterprise middleware software space, leveraging evolving middleware solutions to build complex, distributed, OLTP software systems.
Sandeep holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Outside of work, he loves to play Golf on the weekends
