He is a seasoned executive, who brings a wealth of experience from growth start-ups to large enterprises, with a focus on both technology and tech transformation. With a background spanning companies like Yahoo!, Capillary, [24]7.ai, and Conviva, Ashish has led diverse teams across the US, Sweden, and India.
As a technology leader, Ashish has spearheaded the development of cloud-based SaaS products, retail and supply chain solutions, real-time data analytics, conversational AI platforms, and CRM services for global markets. Notable achievements include leading Yahoo!’s suite of SMB-targeted products, transitioning R&D and Operations teams to India, and driving significant business growth.
His expertise in building bi-directional trust, operational effectiveness, and cultural transformation has been instrumental in driving organizational success. As a transformation agent, Ashish has orchestrated various business agility, agile, lean, and DevOps transformations across multiple organizations, contributing to their growth and adaptability in dynamic markets. At Capillary for instance, he transformed a CRM solution into an omni-channel retail engagement platform, while at [24]7.ai, he focused on fusing Conversational AI with Customer Support platforms, and drove Cloud migrations and DevOps practices.
Outside of work, Ashish is deeply involved in community initiatives, governing a school in rural Karnataka and mentoring startups and NGOs in the health and education sectors.
An Engineering graduate from Bangalore University, Ashish also holds a Masters in Computer Science from Stony Brook University, New York.
