“Organisations with evolved People Practices already had a strong WFH (Work from Home) policy in place. With the onset of WFA (Work from Anywhere), the HRBPs along with the business have the arduous task of ensuring employees continue to feel connected to their teams, leadership, and the organisation,” Jain said.
