We are delighted to share that Sabre Bengaluru (Sabre Travel Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is certified by the Great Place to Work® Institute as an organization that builds a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™.

Our ambition to be a great place to work and an employer of choice has always been a priority. Over the last few years, we amplified our focus on team member experience while raising our brand profile in the local market. This resulted in a slew of initiatives – from technology events to people policies/practices that put our team members, at the heart of everything we do.

Also, despite the tumultuous changes we witnessed due to the pandemic, we participated in the study this year and are humbled by the recognition.

This recognition is a testament to our team members’ passion and commitment to the workplace and we should all be immensely proud of this significant milestone. Sabre’s Bengaluru GCC has participated in this study earlier in 2009 and 2016. In 2016, we ranked among the top companies in the IT/ITES category.

Over the years, the GPTW study has evolved and more than 10,000 organizations from over 60 countries partner Great Place to Work® Institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture. Great Place to Work® Institute’s methodology is recognized as rigorous and objective and is considered as the gold standard for defining great workplaces across business, academia and government organizations.

Great Place to Work® Certification Program is the first step for an organization in its journey to build a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™ and Sabre Bengaluru has successfully accomplished this milestone.

This certification, valid from July 2021 till July 2022, qualifies organizations to enter for other categories of awards. The GPTW Institute has shared the list of companies (here) – on their website, in an exclusive section dedicated for Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations
