This is exactly what Sabre’s technology has done for the travel industry – we created the world’s first computerized airline reservation system in 1960 and that one fundamental change transformed the way the world travels today. We are, therefore, excited to be a part of Quark 2017 that will showcase ‘the revolution’ across various industries at BITS Pilani Goa campus, Goa between 3rd and 5th February. Our association with BITS Pilani Goa stands more than 10 years with the ‘Practice School Program’ – a six month long full-time paid internship opportunity every January and July, and partnership with Quark for several years. One of India’s largest technical fest, Quark 2017 is expected to witness more than 10,000 students from across various universities in India. It is all set to stage the face-offs between the best of the minds in the disciplines of engineering, science and management. The fest attracts budding innovators to exchange ideas, showcase cutting edge research and take challenges, through special events such as The Exhibits, Design & Build, Programmers Inc., Electrify, Roboficial, Elixir, Corporate and more. 2017 will also be special with a large number of technical workshops – giving participants an opportunity to tread new fields by gaining hands-on practical knowledge from eminent professionals.
