There is nothing permanent except change, however changing self or for that matter driving change in organizations is not easy. Interactions between the change agents and the stakeholders are essential for any change. While there are many frameworks for defining what needs to change, there is no framework on how to work with the people/stakeholders involved.  Every stakeholder has a different personality, that shows up as behaviours when put in different situations. The motivational drives for these stakeholders are generally invisible and change agents must navigate through the personalities, behaviours and address the motivational drives to ensure effective change. We are excited to announce that Sabre India Agile COE team (consisting of @Rajsekhar Janaswamy, @Ashwin Aswatharam, @Mahadevan Periaswamy) will be facilitating a workshop at Agile Gurugram 2020. This workshop titled – “Persona Poker – A Shot In The Arm For Transformation Agents” will be of 90 mins duration, and is meant for Leaders, Change agents, middle management and Agile consultants.
