In a constantly evolving VUCA world, it is imperative for organizations to harness the power of diversity while continuing to disrupt the status quo. In a recently concluded panel discussion on the “D-VUCAD Paradigm” held at the Hyatt Centric, Bengaluru on February 25, 2020, Jaya Jayakumar- VP and MD, Global Development Center (Bengaluru) reflected on the impact of diversity on the technological and social landscapes. He emphasized the importance of adapting leadership styles based on the context and role while continually re-assessing, reflecting and re-aligning them based on changing demands.
