Q: What benefits will an airline realize from implementing a TRO approach?
A: A TRO approach enables airlines to understand what inspired their customer to purchase their product at that particular time. This approach will also provide them with access to timely and accurate information they can use to increase their conversion rates and ultimately win total wallet share. In a broader sense, having the ability to design better product offerings that not only generate additional revenues at higher profit margins, but also increase their customer service and customer satisfaction levels, will ultimately provide a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
