Ignacio Pombo, Director of  Sabre’s Argentina developer  team,  recently spoke at the first FitUADE in Buenos Aires – a four-day educational fair aimed to share insights and what’s hot and new in the bytes industry from speakers at leading technology companies and entrepreneurs.

In his keynote address, Ignacio talked about Sabre’s continuous investment in research and development and the technology powering complex merchandising in one of the largest industries in the world – travel and tourism.

He highlighted some of Sabre’s flagship innovations, including the leading B2B App Store, Sabre Red App Centre; mobile travel companion TripCase, and smart commerce capabilities used by airlines and hotels.

Ignacio emphasized the importance of personalized content and engaging developers for creative content; and that businesses must adopt a multi-device strategy to stay ahead, no matter the industry or business.

Sabre joined FitUADE with other leading technology companies, including Google, Globant, Microsoft, SAP and IPLAN.
