Travelocity Signs Merchant Hotel Agreement with SynXis Corporation

Consumers Receive Great New Deals at Properties Throughout the United States and Globally; Sabre Travel Network’s Sabre Exclusives and International Travelocity Sites Included

SOUTHLAKE, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–May 24, 2004– Travelocity customers can now choose from even more money-saving hotel options with the addition of inventory affiliated with SynXis to Travelocity’s merchant hotel program. A reservations management, distribution and technology company, SynXis-linked properties are now available via the Travelocity(R) hotel, TotalTripSM flight + hotel and Last Minute Deals shopping engines. As part of a comprehensive agreement, this inventory will also be made available to Travelocity partner sites such as Travelocity.caSM and Travelocity.co.uk, affiliates of World Choice Travel and the Sabre Travel Network’s Sabre ExclusivesSM travel agency program.

With relationships with more than 5,600 hotels throughout the United States and worldwide, including a large contingency in Europe, SynXis clients include Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Destination Hotels and Resorts, Sonesta Hotels and Resorts, The Pinehurst Company, and European groups Hotels & Preference, Luxury Lifestyle Hotels, Design Hotels, and Ringhotels.

Along with the great deals provided to consumers, SynXis is also offering a significant fee reduction to all hotels participating in this merchant hotel program.
