Last week we published an infographic about meeting the needs of modern business travelers. An important aspect didn’t fit in the previous infographic, so we made a second one. What aspect, you ask? Mobile apps. A traveler’s experience isn’t complete without them!
Our research validated the gut feeling that there’s still room to grojuw out there in the travel app world. While there’s certainly something in the concept of one app to rule them all, the current landscape identifies areas of travel that suppliers might want to target. Or, for those areas with solid exposure, perhaps partnerships could deliver a more comprehensive experience to travelers. When travelers find more utility, app usage tends to increase.
So now that we’ve established the frame, let’s jump how mobile offerings factor into what the modern business traveler wants.
