What is the Sabre Technology Exchange (STX)?
STX explores the intersection of travel and technology. For the first time ever, Sabre will gather customers from across the business of travel under one roof with a roster of high-profile industry leaders and exciting guest speakers, STX puts you at the forefront of travel technology.
In 2018, Sabre will host three STX events – Dallas (April 9 – 12), London (June 25 – 27) and Singapore (August 28 – 30).
In the past, I attended ATX, TTX or the Hospitality Solutions Customer Forum, does this replace those events?
Yes. In 2018, Sabre Technology Exchange (STX) will take the place of ATX, TTX and the Hospitality Solutions Customer Forum. STX is committed to giving your business an edge by bringing together valuable networking opportunities, leading technology solutions and compelling insights. For the first time ever, we will gather global agencies, corporations, airlines and hoteliers to engage in collaborative sessions.

When and where does STX take place?
There will be three STX events – Dallas, London, and Singapore. The Dallas event hosts a global audience of hoteliers, agencies, airlines, corporations, and developers and will also include a product showcase (“The Exchange”). The regional London and Singapore events are focused on specific content.

How much does it cost to attend?
It is $595 to attend the Dallas (April 9 – 12) event and $395 to attend the London (June 25 – 27) or Singapore (August 28 – 30) events. Registration is also available onsite and pricing is subject to change. Each day includes breakfast, lunch and a daily reception for all attendees. Your evenings are free to relax or explore.
Are there sponsorship opportunities available at STX?
Yes, there are select sponsorship opportunities available for Dallas, London and Singapore.
Please note that we are not offering sponsorship booth opportunities this year. Instead, we are offering the opportunity to sponsor a meal function, the conference mobile app and conference wifi for all participants. Sponsorship opportunities range from $10,000 to $100,000 and are available for Dallas, London and/ or Singapore. Also, in 2018, Sabre is offering an all access Network Pass. You’ll have a unique opportunity to interact with top producing airlines, travel agents, developers, online travel agencies, travel providers, cruise lines and tour operators.
The STX Networking Pass provides access to the following:
- Conference general sessions
- Break-out sessions
- Conference meals
- Evening events
The cost of the all-access pass is $1,500 per person, per STX event (or $3,000 for London (June 25 – 27) and Singapore (August 28 – 30). To register for the Networking Pass, please contact Danielle Timlin.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
Requests for refunds are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. The request must be made in writing to email@example.com and submitted prior to the stated cutoffs for each event, below. Cancellations made due to extenuating circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require approval. Any cancellations made onsite are not eligible for refund.

How do I transfer my registration to another colleague?
If you have already registered and paid for any STX event you may transfer your registration. Please make the substitution by logging in with your email address and registration confirmation number. You will find the “substitute registration” option under “more options”.
