Deliver responsible technology solutions together
Employees and customers work together to strengthen the travel industry by delivering innovative solutions that encourage socially and environmentally sustainable practices:
Short-term: Grow awareness of our existing socially and environmentally responsible products and services that help our customers meet their corporate responsibility objectives and ultimately make the travel industry sustainable; gain external international input on our approach and create customer feedback loop.
Long-term: Review opportunities to innovate annually.
Serve our communities together
Employees and customers work together to create a better world through the following programs:
Give Time Together: Grow employee participation from 50 percent to 70 percent by 2015.
Give Together: Grow contributions to our partner charities to 100 percent share of all group fundraising events by 2015.
Passport to Freedom: Establish survivor training program by 2013, train our 10,000 employees on reducing human trafficking by 2015, and get other companies to sign The Code.
Sustain our environment together
Employees work together to reduce our footprint through maintaining best-in-class programs. In our 13 largest facilities we will maintain or improve water consumption and promote reduction of our footprint. At our Sabre headquarters, we will maintain or improve energy and water use, and divert 85 percent waste to the landfill.And through Eco-Teams, we will grow 10 percent annual engagement in our Sabre offices around the world.
